I rent a home and we had a bad storm. Do I or the landlord pay to remove the broken tree/tree limbs?
These are not little sticks. They are big and 30 ft up in one tree and the storm split my maple in half. While I am here who is responsible for trimming the trees?
landlord is responsible…
if you want call the landlord adn get an email from them ok’ing for you to take care of it and deduct the cost from your rent.. when you sent in rent.. include a COPY of the reciept..
